Senior Accountant - Growth

• Reporting to the Director, Controllership, you play a key role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of QVC's financial operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving complex accounting challenges, and is ready to take ownership of critical financial processes. This role will support our Growth Ventures business including the accounting for our social and streaming platforms. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys traditional accounting work but also wants a front‑row seat to emerging ideas, initiatives, and cross‑functional collaboration.

• This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: NJ, PA, DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

• Lead core accounting activities (month‑end close, reconciliations, journal entries) for Growth Ventures programs and initiatives
• Develop and refine accounting processes for new platforms as they scale
• Report on all P&L activities for Growth Ventures initiatives including Tik Tok Shop.
• Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
• Assist with audits (internal and external), providing documentation and explanations as needed
• Support new innovation on the team to lessen manual accounting work, utilizing AI, robots, etc.
• Mentor junior team members and serve as a subject‑matter expert on accounting for emerging business activities

• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, with exposure to digital commerce, retail, or innovation‑driven environments
• CPA preferred
• SAP S4 Hana experience preferred
• Proficient in US GAAP and SOX audit
