Position Details:

• This position is full-time in office located at 1215 Manor Dr. Mechanicsburg (opportunity for Hybrid after 90 days in office)
• Pay: $17/hr
• Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm
• Benefits start day 1!

• Expense Management: Process and manage expense payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across various types of invoices. This includes:
• Retrieving and reviewing invoice details.
• Verifying sufficient funds for payments.
• Ensuring all invoices are paid in full and on time.
• Client and Vendor Coordination: Handle invoices from diverse clients, primarily Relationship Managers (RMs), as well as independent vendor submissions.
• Additional Responsibilities: Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed, with opportunities to expand your role over time.

Required:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year office work experience.
• Working knowledge of current business software such as Outlook and Excel.
• Detail Oriented and Organized.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
