Their site in the Downingtown, PA has a need for an Operations Manager. They run on two shifts and looking for this individual to lead the daily operations of their shop - steel fabrication of bulk material conveyors and other misc. steel products.
- AS or BS degree preferred or proven experience and track record of 5+ years managing
- Solid knowledge of business and management principals
- Must be able to read and interpret documents, such as blueprints
