Job Description

We are seeking dedicated general production workers to join our team across all three shifts: 8am-4pm, 4pm-12am, and 12am-8am. This role requires individuals who are comfortable standing for extended periods and have experience in manufacturing or production environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform production assembly and general labor tasks.
• Operate and maintain power tools and equipment.
• Work effectively in a warehouse distribution setting.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including the use of steel-toed boots/shoes.
• Engage in repetitive tasks and maintain focus while standing for long periods.

• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven ability to work in environments that require standing for long periods.

• 1 year of experience in warehouse operations is preferred.
• Experience in production or assembly is an advantage.
• Familiarity with repair work and power tools is beneficial.

This position offers the opportunity to join a United States Steelworkers union after a 90-day contract-to-hire period, which also serves as the union's probationary period. Work Environment

The work environment includes three shifts: 12am-8am, 8am-4pm, and 4pm-12am. The role requires commitment to attendance, as only two occurrences of missing work are allowed in the first 90 days. Steel-toed boots/shoes are required, and the position offers room for growth with different levels of maintenance based on experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35880.00 - $35984.00/yr.

Company matches 3%. Full medical for employee only. Dental and vision offered as well.
