Are you a results-driven professional with people skills? Join our team as an Experienced Customer Service Specialist and play a pivotal role in re-engaging our existing customer base and attracting new business through compelling marketing efforts!

In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for serving our existing customers presenting the availability of our products. You'll work closely with our sales team to achieve revenue targets and directly contribute to the overall growth of the business, especially as we develop our new online catalog.

Customer Service & Marketing Specialist Key Responsibilities:

• Proactive Customer Outreach: Contact existing customers who haven't purchased recently to re-engage them and discuss our product line.
• Customer Service & Sales Support: Answer customer calls, take orders, provide detailed product information, and assist walk-in customers with selection, pricing, and completing sales .
• Order Fulfillment: Collect payments and coordinate product shipments for customers.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty.
• Marketing Material Development: Assist with executing strategies for promoting products, including creating engaging email blasts, flyers, and other promotional mailings.
• Website Collaboration: Work closely with the IT Manager on the creation and ongoing development of our online product catalog, ensuring it aligns with sales and marketing goals.
• Strategic Collaboration: Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to overall sales and marketing strategy.

Inside Sales & Marketing Specialist Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service (required).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and Salesforce is a plus.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required). A bachelor's degree in business, marketing , or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to Commute: Must be able to reliably commute to Muncy, PA 17756 (required).

Inside Sales & Marketing Specialist Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: $17.00 per hour.
• Work Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday (approx. 40-42 hours per week).
