Account Service Representative

As a Customer Service Liaison, you will be the face of our company, responsible for ensuring clear and consistent communication between our team and a specific group of hospitality customers. Your role will involve service coordination, inventory control, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. We are seeking someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry and is eager to contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding service. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, fostering strong relationships built on trust and open communication.
- Monitor and evaluate all products and services provided to customers, ensuring their complete satisfaction.
- Actively seek opportunities for improvement in service delivery and customer experience.
- Identify and address sources of unnecessary expenses, proposing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment. **Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Comfortable communicating with all levels of management and stakeholders.
