Heavy Duty Wrecker Operator
Falzone Towing Service, Inc. is a family-owned business dedicated to providing top-notch towing and recovery services. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Towing Division as Heavy Duty Wrecker Operators. This role involves safely and efficiently towing and recovering various types of vehicles and equipment. We pride ourselves on our commitment to safety and excellent customer service. We offer both day and night shifts, with occasional weekend work. Multiple positions are available.
Responsibilities
- Operate a heavy-duty wrecker to tow and recover vehicles and equipment
- Ensure all towing and recovery operations are performed safely and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
- Maintain and inspect towing equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
- Adhere to all company policies and DOT regulations
Qualifications
- Class A CDL is required
- Must be DOT compliant, including passing drug and alcohol tests and holding a valid medical card
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating a heavy-duty wrecker; candidates with extensive medium-duty wrecker experience may be considered
- Good driving record
- Strong customer service skills
