- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to develop efficient, buildable, and visually cohesive solutions.
- Design connection details and complete structural systems using various materials, including concrete, steel, and masonry.
- Manage active projects, serving as project manager from concept through construction.
- Conduct site visits and review shop drawings to ensure construction aligns with intent and standards.
- Build & maintain strong client relationships through hands-on involvement and clear communication.
- Participate in continuing education, networking events, and professional development activities.

- Licensed: Holds a bachelor's degree in civil, structural, or architectural engineering (with a structural focus) and is licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE); SE is a plus but not required.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Risa 3D, Tekla, or RAM Structural; comfortable with Microsoft Office and open to using AI tools for design or workflow efficiency.
- Leadership-ready: Demonstrates maturity, sound judgment, and humility; delegates effectively, leads by example, and upholds company values.
- Detailed & Organized: Manages multiple projects and deadlines accurately and precisely in calculations and documentation.
- Collaborative: Communicates clearly with internal teams and external partners; builds strong working relationships across disciplines.
- Personable & Engaging: Comfortable in public settings; represents the company professionally at meetings, conferences, and networking events.
- Safety-focused: Maintains awareness of jobsite conditions and follows all safety protocols, including appropriate PPE use and environmental awareness.
