What You'll Do as a CDL Dump Truck Driver:

• Operate Class A Tractor Trailers, including frameless end dump trailers, flatbed trailers, and Kenworth T880 tri-axle dump trucks.
• Haul & unload materials such as sand, topsoil, waste, and aggregates.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keep equipment clean.
• Follow DOT regulations, traffic laws, OSHA requirements, and company safety standards.
• Coordinate routes and deliveries with dispatch, plant personnel, and supervisors.
• Deliver loads accurately and on schedule.
• Travel within a typical 150-air-mile radius of the shop and return home nightly.
• Assist the team as needed and follow the supervisor's direction.

Our Ideal CDL Dump Truck Driver:

• Experienced: 2+ years CDL Holder for Tri-Axle Dump Trucks with 1 year of experience in the field. Comfortable using GPS and following delivery directions.
• Clean Driving Record: At least 21 years of age with a reasonably clean driving record over the past 5 years and no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• Dependable: Shows up on time, works reliably, and represents the company professionally on the road and at job sites.
• Self-motivated: Pays attention to equipment condition, load handling, and delivery details with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable: Willing to learn routes, equipment, and company procedures.
• Active: Able to lift up to 100 lbs. as required and work regularly in outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, noise, and weather.

• Full-time, year-round work with 10 – 12-hour shifts, Monday-Friday
• $25-$33/hour, depending on experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL required
• Dump truck experience required
