Landscape Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned landscape maintenance and snow clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions, monitor service quality, and proactively address client needs.
• Communicate service updates, recommendations, and solutions to clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform routine property inspections to identify maintenance issues and coordinate with operations teams for resolution.
• Identify opportunities for landscape enhancements such as mulching, plantings, pruning, and seasonal color, and prepare proposals using Aspire.
• Present enhancement proposals to clients, follow up on opportunities, and drive additional revenue within your portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with production and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance and enhancement projects.
• Assist in planning and transitioning enhancement projects from sales to production, ensuring client expectations are met.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in landscaping, account management, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Basic plant knowledge or willingness to learn
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Experience with Aspire or similar CRM software is a plus
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation

Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience). Includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and commission/bonus opportunities on enhancement sales.
