What You'll Do

• Lead all day-to-day retail operations to achieve sales, production, and financial goals
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Create employee schedules and manage daily staffing needs
• Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve results
• Oversee merchandising, inventory, pricing, and donation growth initiatives
• Ensure outstanding customer service and a positive shopping experience
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and analyze operational performance
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards
• Partner with Mission Services to support employee and participant development
• Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of retail management experience
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing sales, staffing, and operational performance
• Intermediate computer and digital skills
• Ability to motivate teams and achieve business goals
• Commitment to Goodwill's mission, culture, and continuous improvement
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Work Environment

• Retail environment with climate-controlled conditions
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Occasional exposure to dust, lint, donated goods, and outdoor weather conditions
• Fast-paced environment with changing priorities and occasional short deadlines
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
