Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Level Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer with 2-5 years of experience in construction project management. This role involves supporting the management and coordination of diverse commercial and residential construction projects, ensuring successful completion and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing construction projects from initial bid through punch list completion.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of project tasks.
• Prepare and manage construction submittals and documentation.
• Utilize Procore, QuickBid, and OnScreen for project management and documentation.
• Contribute to project engineering and coordination efforts.
• Collaborate with the VP of Operations to ensure project goals are met.

Essential Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proficiency in Procore, QuickBid, and OnScreen software.
• Basic project management skills.
• Experience with wood framing and commercial construction.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• A proactive and growth-oriented attitude.
• Desire to grow within the company.

Work Environment

The role is based in the office five days a week, working closely under the guidance of the VP of Operations. Projects include rough carpentry, general carpentry, finishing carpentry, drywall installation, metal stud framing, load-bearing metal systems, and acoustic wall and ceiling systems. The work environment is dynamic and supportive, fostering a culture of professionalism, integrity, and craftsmanship.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bensalem, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/hr.
