Position Summary
The IT Manager oversees all technology operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity to support the organization's mission efficiently. Key duties include managing day-to-day operations, supporting staff with technology needs, ensuring data security, and managing vendor relationships.
Essential Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all IT functions within the organization. This includes ensuring round the clock access, utilization, security, repairs, and all related tasks.
- Oversee, maintain, and upgrade hardware, software, networks, and data systems.
- Implement security measures, data privacy policies, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Overseeing and adhering to IT department budgets.
- Ensure IT support for staff, manage technical troubleshooting
- Provide direct supervision to Support Technician, other IT staff, and contractors.
- Select, manage, and hold vendors accountable for service level agreements.
- Support data-driven decision-making and manage data storage and integrity.
- Develop, implement, and keep up to date standard operating procedures for the IT department.
- Maintain inventory of equipment for employees and order new or replacement equipment as required.
- Remain up to date with hardware, software, network, and data system changes across the industry.

Education & Experience
- 5-7 years in IT, with experience managing systems, security, and staff.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, project management, and budgeting skills.
- Previous experience with Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, Caspio, and Salesforce
- Highly collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
- Able to explain technical matters to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and assist with multiple projects, priorities, in various locations.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Joint office and warehouse environment
- Frequent interaction with customers, case managers, and clients
- Walking and standing, sitting for periods of time at a desk
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 yearly
