High Street is a bustling Center City restaurant, recently recognized by the Michelin Guide and a part of James Beard Award -winning H igh Street Hospitality Group . Our menu is focused on local producers and seasonal ingredients, featuring the work of our artisanal on-site bakery.

Position Description & Responsibilities  

We are actively searching for Servers who are committed to warm and genuine hospitality . The steps of service will be intentional and unwavering , though executing the standards with sincerity , kindness and your unique flair will carry the day! Responsibilities include , but are not limited to, opening/closing side work tasks related to your role, managing and taking ownership of your assigned section, an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the menus & cocktails, and training new team members.

Position Requirements  

• 2+ years of relevant restaurant experience
• Flexible availability
• Willingness to train new team members
• Dedicated work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently for 6-8 hours on your feet
• Sincere interest in the art of hospitality, food and beverage
• Barista experience a plus
