Our Clinical Services Director with Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS), a Kelly Education company, is accountable for:
Leading clinical programming, independent contractor staff, and client relationship management across a designated school-based territory.
Collaborating with internal teams and school clients to proactively manage caseload growth and implement effective student-centered solutions (e.g., RtII, Capable Classroom, Multiplier programs).
Recruiting, onboarding, and supporting highly qualified therapists and specialists.
Attending high-profile IEP meetings and audits requiring advanced clinical expertise or executive representation.
Providing data-driven updates to clients on performance metrics and program outcomes.
Partnering with school leaders to ensure seamless program implementation and alignment with individualized education and therapy goals.
Tracking, reporting, and analyzing account performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within district partnership accounts.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of pediatric clinical therapy experience required; Strongly prefer candidates with behavioral school-based experience and deep understanding of special education environments.
Active or previous clinical certification as an OT, PT, SLP, BCBA, or LBS is highly preferred.
Demonstrated success in managing therapy teams and clinical operations in a school or pediatric setting.
Exceptional organization, communication, and time management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and comfort working in a dynamic, metrics-driven environment.
High integrity, professional discretion, and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Territory for this role includes Lehigh County and surrounding areas in Mid/Northern Pennsylvania, including but not limited to Quakertown, Pennridge, Palmerton, Nazareth, and Lansdale. This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be able to work onsite at a client office within the assigned territory up to 3 days per week. Candidates must have the ability to travel up to 25%.
