The Bilingual Concierge (English & Spanish) serves as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering excellent customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the property. This role is responsible for access control, assisting with requests, and ensuring a safe, professional, and welcoming environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Monitor and control access to the property in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Respond to resident inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and respectful manner.
- Observe and report any safety issues, incidents, or maintenance needs to the appropriate team.
- Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and management teams as needed.
- Maintain basic logs and records (visitor logs, incident reports, package logs, as applicable).
- Follow all security protocols, company policies, and property guidelines.
- Maintain clear, professional communication throughout the shift.
