Retail Account Associate
:
At Philadelphia Sales Group, we help home improvement companies connect with customers in retail stores across Philadelphia. Think of us as the team behind the product demos and promotional displays you see at your local Home Depot or Lowe's. Our team of Retail Account Associates creates those experiences that help people discover the perfect tools and materials for their next project.
We're a growing consulting company that believes in doing good work while making a positive impact. Our innovative team of Retail Account Associates helps develop out-of-the-box marketing and sales campaigns. Our goal is to build brand awareness, bridge the gap between our clients and their customers, and ultimately boost their sales revenue. Whether you're fresh out of college or looking to switch careers, we offer real opportunities to learn, grow, and build something meaningful. This is not your typical entry-level position, but a chance to create a long-term career.
What You'll Do As a Retail Account Associate:
As a Retail Account Associate, you'll be part of the team that brings our clients' products to life in stores. No two days are the same, and you'll get hands-on experience in multiple areas:
- Help plan and set up marketing campaigns in retail locations. You might be coordinating a seasonal promotion one week and supporting a product launch the next.
- Our Retail Account Associates assist with in-store events, product demonstrations, and community outreach that get customers excited about home improvement projects and drive sales revenue.
- Track how our campaigns are performing and help figure out what's working (and what isn't). You'll learn to read sales reports and customer feedback to make our next campaign even better.
- Work with store managers, vendors, and our clients to make sure everything runs smoothly. Excellent communication skills are key here.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in home improvement and what your competitors are doing. Your insights will help our internal marketing and sales team shape our strategy.
- Help prepare presentations for clients and organize campaign materials. It's not glamorous, but it's where you'll learn the business from the inside out.

Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree (any major is acceptable - we care more about your attitude and willingness to learn)
- 0-2 years of work experience (internships, part-time jobs, retail work all count!)

- Good communication skills - you'll be talking to different people every dayThis is a full-time face-to-face, territory-based retail sales position, ideal for individuals eager to grow their career in sales, event marketing, client relations, business development, and brand promotions.
- Organization skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, social media)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Nice to Have:
- Any retail, customer service, sales, or hospitality experience

Why You'll Love Being a Retail Account Associate:
We know this might be your first "real" job out of college, and we're here to help you succeed. You'll take on responsibility from day one, work directly with clients and retail partners, and learn skills that will serve you throughout your career. If you're someone who loves seeing the immediate impact of your work, you'll get to walk into stores and see the campaigns you helped create in action.
We offer competitive pay, opportunities for advancement, and a team that enjoys working together. If you're ready to jump into the world of retail marketing and help people create the homes of their dreams, we'd love to hear from you.
