Lead our Allentown branch by cultivating a positive and productive workspace.

Mentor and coach individual agents to help them hit their personal and professional growth targets.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our footprint in the Pennsylvania market.

Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas where the team needs additional support.

Collaborate with leadership to streamline processes and improve the overall client experience.

Represent The Atlantic District at local events to foster community relationships and brand awareness.

Valid Property & Casualty insurance license.

Demonstrated success in building, leading, and mentoring sales teams.

Deep understanding of the insurance market and agency operations.

Ability to commute daily to our Allentown office location.

Strong organizational skills for managing agency-wide goals.

Experience in business development and networking within the local community.

Professional certification or advanced degree is a plus.
