The Project Coordinator is responsible for writing quotes for new work.

Shift/Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-5

What you’ll do:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Write, process and send quotes for testing services
• Follow up on quotes until they are resolved
• Initiate project coordination with the lab upon receipt of signed proposal
• Request additional documentation as needed (e.g. drawings, PO, installation details, material handling/curing requirements, etc.)
• Works collaboratively with others internally to develop quotes
• Performs other work as required

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 3 years' experience directly related with customer service and/or sales

• Computer proficiency, including MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe Pro

Strong customer service and communication skills (written and oral) Must be technically competent to understand and communicate test procedures, specifications, and results Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities

Competence in math, science and critical thinking skills, able to identify and question illogical scenarios

Preferred Requirements & Qualifications:

• Degree in a technical field

• General knowledge of laboratory testing

Experience/knowledge of construction and manufacturing industries

Familiarity with consensus standards (ASTM, ANSI, …)
