Bartender
Manong is looking to add an experienced Bartender to our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for great service, knows their way around a busy bar, and can keep things running smoothly as part of a tight knit crew. We are looking for a team player who is kind and willing to learn. 3 days per week/weekend availabilty a must.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for prompt, efficient, and friendly service of alcohol and non-alcohol beverage for bar and restaurant patrons. Drink preparation must follow standard recipes and procedures.
- Ensure the safety of bar and restaurant patrons by following all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines including verifying age for alcohol consumption and service limits.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Assist with pre-service prep as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Must meet all local legal requirements for serving alcohol
- Must already have RAMP certification or be willing to obtain RAMP certification prior to first shift
