Responsibilities

Cultivate relationships with both Stratus clientele and franchisees.
Conduct quality reviews to ensure high service standards.
Facilitate the startup of services for new customers and cleaners.
Address and resolve complaints.
Quote and sell one-time services to existing clients.
Train new franchisees.
Build and maintain consultative relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships
Stay up to date on industry and market trends to identify innovative business opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams
Be a part of a culture that values innovation, leadership, agility, and teamwork

Qualifications

Preferred, but not required, experience in Cleaning Industry, Janitorial, Floor Care, Carpet cleaning knowledge.
Valid Drivers License
HS Diploma or GED
Corporate training and development provided
Experienced in project management and follow-through on tasks to completion.
Preferred, but not required, Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English is preferred).
Desire to 'coach' and build teams.
Computer literacy, including internet navigation and proficiency in Google Workspace.
HubSpot and LinkedIn familiarity is a plus.
Effective communication abilities with people from various backgrounds.
Sales experience is a plus.
Experience in multiunit, multilocation, restaurant service, or franchising is a plus.

Compensation

Base Salary +/-$45k - $55k
Uncapped Commission/Bonus +/- $6k - $20k
