Join The Body Bar Team, in delivering the highest quality customer service to our clientele! The Body Bar Fitness & Spa is a unique upscale massage, day spa, UV tanning & fitness facility in the Town of McCandless, on McKnight Road in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. We are seeking an energetic, positive, responsible, customer service-oriented individual, with a friendly and mature personality. Candidates must be computer literate, have strong verbal skills, phone manners and the ability to multi-task. It is the perfect opportunity for an individual looking to build their skill set for future management opportunities.



Front Desk Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Assisting customers checking in & out of the facility
• Greeting & touring customers
• In person & telephone customer service
• Scheduling service appointments
• Maintain client database
• Processing cash & credit card transactions
• Educating customers on services, packages, memberships & products
• Troubleshooting & problem solving
• Assist in opening and/or closing the facility
• Assist in maintaining facility appearance, equipment cleanliness & maintenance
• Daily laundry - towels & linens
• Administrative & clerical work
• The ability to work both independently & as part of a team
• Represent the company in a positive & professional manner

Full-time employees are eligible for Health, Dental & Vision insurance, and PTO & holiday pay. Hourly wage PLUS generous commissions on all products and/or membership sold.
Applicants need to be available for full time employment, between 30-40 hours per week, Mon-Sat. Hours are afternoon/evenings Mon-Thurs. 12pm-8pm or 3pm-8pm and daylight shifts on Friday, until 5pm & Saturday until 4:30pm. We are closed Sundays and all major holidays. Reliable transportation is a must.
