Product Owner II- Payments (Pittsburgh)

As a Product Owner II within PNC's Retail Lending organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA; Wilmington, DE; Cleveland, OH; or Charlotte, NC. The Retail Lending Payments team is working to design and deliver a best-in-class Payment’s journey across all channels for our customers. You will be responsible for reimagining and delivering these Payments customer experiences by leveraging new capabilities and emerging technologies This role looks closely at the technical root cause, associated impact to customers, remediation for those customers, and managing procedural requirements to address full issue resolution through formally established governance processes. Doing so works across all levels, frontline teams through governance, to successfully resolve issues. • Knowledge/responsible for lending payment structures, breakages, resolutions for clients• Skills: Problem-solving, identify trends and root causes, works well under pressure, and attention to detail.

Job Description
- Owns the vision and the definition of the product. Serves as the voice of the customer. Provides guidance to concentrate the Scrum Team(s) effort on correct priorities based on business value.
- Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to meet business objectives.
- Accountable for the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog. Prioritizes and leads grooming of the product backlog.
- Works in partnership with the Scrum Master(s) to ensure items are worked on in accordance with the product backlog. Serves as the primary point of contact for questions from the team(s).
- Accepts delivery of working product from the Scrum Teams(s). Reviews and validates Scrum Team(s) working product. Socializes the delivery of business value and outcomes of the iteration to various stakeholders.

Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $113,850.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.Application Window
