Front Office Chiropractic Receptionist

We are looking for an energetic and engaging individual to join our new independent office in Wexford, PA. As our Front Office Chiropractic Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes our patients when they walk in the door. You'll play a vital role in supporting the office, engaging with patients, and contributing to a wonderful healthcare experience for each person we see!
What You'll Do:
- Warmly greet and check-in patients as they arrive
- Operate phones, answer incoming calls, return calls, and leave messages as needed
- Schedule new and existing patient appointments
- Collect all new patient paperwork and file into records
- Update patient contact information and records as needed
- Collect patient payments
- Verify insurance for billing, submit authorizations for insurance approval and claims (training provided)
- Assist with additional administrative and supportive tasks as needed
