Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Process Technician to join our team and use your problem solving and data analysis skills to help our client stay at the top of the Semiconductor Industry.
Job Description
- Log data accurately and promptly for all assignments
- Document and communicate all process activities for the shift during pass down
- Monitor process parameters and meet qualification requirements
- Disposition non-conforming material, identify abnormal conditions, determine root causes, and define corrective actions to reduce variation or prevent recurrence
- Maintain and improve process capability
- Assist engineering with experiments
- Maintain integrity of process SOPs
- Troubleshooting: Conduct failure analysis and perform rework to ensure quality
- Quality Control: Use sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data for in-line adjustments and quality testing
- Process Improvement: Asist in developing and implementing methods to control and modify manufacturing processes
Skills Required
- Semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Strong physical science background (some combination of chemistry, physics, electrical theory, fluid flow)
- Statistical Process Control experience is a plus
Education/Training/Certifications
- 2-year college degree, technical school certification or equivalent military experience required
