Sales Consultant - In‑Home Drywall & Plaster Repair

We’re a premium drywall, plaster, and carpentry repair company serving homeowners across Greater Pittsburgh. Clients hire us because they want their home put back together cleanly, on time, and done right the first time. With 200+ reviews and trusted relationships with waterproofing companies, we’re the team people call when it has to be done right.

We’re hiring one Sales Consultant / In‑Home Estimator to run company‑provided appointments, guide homeowners through their options, and close profitable work.

What’s in it for you

• Base salary: $40,000 / year (W‑2)
• Commission:
• 5% on the first $60,000 in collected revenue you sell each month
• 8% on anything above $60,000 in that month
• Realistic earnings:
• Hit target: $75,000–$95,000 in year one

What you’ll do

• Respond quickly to inbound leads (phone, email, web) and book in‑home consultations
• Run 2–4 in‑home appointments per day across Greater Pittsburgh
• Diagnose drywall, plaster, and related carpentry issues
• Educate homeowners, present clear written proposals, and close the work
• Follow up on open estimates and move deals to a clear “yes” or “no”
• Keep clean notes and tight communication with our office and operations teams

Some early evenings and occasional Saturdays are expected to meet homeowners on their schedule.

You’re a fit if…

• You have 2+ years of sales experience (home services / remodeling a plus)
• You’re comfortable in higher-end homes and make people feel heard and safe
• You are organized, responsive, and don’t need to be chased to follow up
• You’re comfortable with basic tech (smartphone, email, simple CRM, online calendar)
• You have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and are legally allowed to work in the USA

This is not for you if…

• You’re looking for a 9–5 where “showing up” is enough
• You avoid accountability and don’t like being measured by clear numbers
• You’re uncomfortable in a performance-driven environment
