As the Automotive Service Manager , youre the heart of the shops leadership. Youre the connection between the front counter, the technicians, and the customer. You set the tone for sales, service quality, workflow efficiency, and overall customer experience. This role isnt just about managing a store its about building a business and leading a team toward consistent, measurable success. What Youll Do
Own the counter.
Lead sales in tires, maintenance, and repair with confidence, product knowledge, and honesty. Lead from the front.
Coach and motivate service advisors and technicians to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Set the standard.
Deliver 5-star customer experiences through transparency, communication, and trust. Develop your team.
Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and consistent improvement. Run your shop like an owner.
Oversee workflow, quality control, profitability, and shop presentation with precision and pride. Monitor what matters.
Track KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and make fast, effective decisions to keep performance on target. What You Bring
- 2+ years of proven success in automotive service, retail, or store management
- A strong track record of sales leadership creating opportunities, not waiting for them
- Excellent communication and people skills
- General automotive understanding and a commitment to customer satisfaction
- A valid drivers license and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment
