What You Bring

• 2+ years of proven success in automotive service, retail, or store management

• A strong track record of sales leadership creating opportunities, not waiting for them

• Excellent communication and people skills

• General automotive understanding and a commitment to customer satisfaction

• A valid drivers license and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment
