Location: In-person. Bethlehem + 30 minute radius around Bethlehem (consistent schedule; different schools/locations each day)

About Us:

Are you passionate about working with children and helping them develop confidence, coordination, and a love for physical activity? Amazing Athletes and Karate Zoo are looking for a dynamic and energetic coach to join our team!

Amazing Athletes is a sports program designed for children ages 2-6, focusing on building motor skills, coordination, and teamwork through sports. Karate Zoo offers a fun, engaging karate/fitness experience for children ages 4-8, with no prior karate experience required. All of our instructors for karate do not have a karate background, so as long as you are willing to learn, you can instruct this class as it is more fitness and fun based.

Schedule:

• Monday - Multiple Locations in LV area 9:30am-11:30am
• Tuesday - Center Valley 9:30am -12:00pm and 1:30pm - 3:00pm
• Wednesday - Allentown 9:00am - 12:00pm
• Thursday - Allentown 9:30am - 11:30am
• Friday - Easton 9:15am - 11:30am
• Saturday - Easton 9:30am - 11:30am

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week*

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and instruct classes in Amazing Athletes and Karate Zoo programs
• Engage and motivate young children in a fun and positive environment
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants
• Provide feedback to parents/guardians about their child's progress
• Set up and maintain equipment for classes

Requirements

• Passion for working with young children (ages 2-8)
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to engage children in a fun environment
• Flexible and reliable schedule
• Must be willing to undergo background checks required to work in a preschool (FBI fingerprints, state background, state child abuse and NSOR checks)
• Must be over 18 years old
• Must be available for most hours listed in the description above
• Must be willing to commit to a a minimum of 6 months employment in good faith
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• No prior karate or sports experience required; training will be provided!
