Are you a mechanically inclined problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement? Join our team as a Process Technician III and play a key role in optimizing production processes, troubleshooting equipment, and mentoring frontline team members.

What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot complex production equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical systems to ensure optimal efficiency
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve processes
• Lead by example in safety, quality, and operational excellence
• Help develop and train others on standard operating procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Experience : 3+ years with an AA in a mechanical/manufacturing field, or 5+ years with a high school diploma in plastics manufacturing
• Skills : Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and familiarity with OE tools
• Mindset : Team-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
• Bonus : Experience as a Machine Operator III, Lead Operator, or in Maintenance
