Now Hiring: Routing Coordinator:zTrip — North America’s Largest Taxi Transportation Provider

zTrip is looking for a dependable and organized Routing Coordinator : to support our transportation operations and help ensure timely, efficient service across our network. In this role, you'll coordinate driver routes, monitor trip activity in real time, and serve as a critical communication link between drivers, customers, and operations teams.

What You'll Do as a Routing Coordinator:

As a Routing Dispatcher , you will:

• Coordinate driver assignments based on trip demand, route efficiency, driver availability, and service requirements
• Monitor active trips and make real-time adjustments to address delays, route changes, and service disruptions
• Provide drivers with routing instructions, dispatch information, and operational updates
• Communicate with customers regarding trip status, scheduling questions, and service-related concerns
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, trip documentation, and routing logs
• Utilize routing and dispatch systems to maximize service efficiency and vehicle utilization
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Support the overall effectiveness of daily transportation operations

What We're Looking for as a Routing Coordinator:

• Previous experience in dispatching, routing, transportation, logistics, customer service, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with routing, dispatching, GPS, or scheduling software is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license required

Tuesday–Sunday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
