Bartender
- Demonstrate the ability to seamlessly balance high-volume beverage preparation with attentive, face-to-face guest engagement.
- An in-depth knowledge and understanding of the food & beverage menus and support training new team members.
- Daily bar prep, batching, garnish prep, and preservice setup
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar throughout service.
- Collaborate with the team to keep the menu fresh and exciting
Requirements:
- RAMP Certification.
- 3-4 shifts per week-flexible availability that includes Sundays and some daytime. Ability to move into a more "full" time role based on performance and business needs.
- Exceptional hospitality and service standards.
- Ability to work in team environment with strong work ethic.
- Experience in high volume, upscale-casual/fine-dining settings.
- Passion for developing cocktails and working knowledge of beer and wine pairings.
- Knowledge of current industry trends.
