Now Hiring: Full-Time 1099 Independent Contractor (Handyman / Laborer)
Location: Adams Point North HOA only (single-site role)

Overview
Adams Point North HOA is seeking a full-time independent contractor (1099) to provide ongoing handyman and exterior repair services exclusively for Adams Point North . This is not an employee position. The contractor will be hired directly by the HOA and assigned a steady, full-time workload through HOA-approved work orders.

Scope of Work (primarily exterior)

• Repairs for townhomes/single-family exteriors, patios, and common elements (≈95% exterior)
• Clubhouse/pool house maintenance and small repairs
• Carpentry, siding, minor roofing, minor plumbing
• Small-scale concrete/step fixes and light grading/earthwork

What We’re Looking For

• Active PA Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) license
• Insurance : General Liability (and Workers’ Comp if applicable)
• Residential handyman/repair experience; reliable and professional communication
• Ability to provide written estimates and coordinate with the HOA/manager

How It Works

• 1099 contractor engaged by Adams Point North HOA in a full-time capacity
• Work assigned via HOA-approved work orders; pricing per estimate/approved scope
• Invoicing submitted to the HOA (administration/processing may be handled by management)
