Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments following facility policies and physician orders.
- Monitor resident condition, perform ongoing assessments, document findings, and communicate changes to the care team.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, ensure safety, and maintain supportive living environments.
- Assist with activities of daily living as needed and support resident comfort, safety, and dignity.
- Maintain accurate records, adhere to infection control practices, and ensure the care environment complies with regulations.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing; licensure for the assignment jurisdiction or eligibility for a compact license as applicable.
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- 1 year of experience in a long-term care or geriatric setting preferred.
- Ability to work the evening shift and adapt to a fast-paced long-term care environment.

Education
- Diploma from an approved practical nursing program.

Certifications
- CPR/BLS required.

- Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
