We are a growing, professional home improvement company seeking a highly skilled, customer-focused Service Professional to complete small to mid-size projects while identifying larger opportunities. This is not a patch-and-go handyman role. Our technicians are trained to:
- Deliver a premium client experience
- Build trust and uncover additional project opportunities
- Increase average job size through professional recommendations
- Complete carpentry, drywall, tile, and general home repairs
- Perform light remodeling and upgrade work
- Communicate clearly with homeowners to confirm scope and expectations
- Follow a structured on-site process to identify additional work
- Manage time effectively to hit daily production goals
- Deliver clean, professional, high-quality results
Our system is designed to increase your income by:
- Providing a full schedule (no downtime)
- Training you to identify additional work on-site
- Supporting larger project conversions
- Offering performance-based bonuses tied to production and ticket growth
- 10+ years of paid experience in residential trades (preferred)
- Strong carpentry skills (required)
- Experience in drywall, tile, and general repairs
- Own standard tools of the trade
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workflow
- Valid drivers license (clean record)
