Graphic Design Associate
- Work in close collaboration with other members of the marketing team to complete projects, make creative recommendations, and assist with creative solutions
- Assist with the design and development of Tyndale marketing pieces across print and digital platforms. Projects include, but are not limited to: social media, emails, banner ads, blog images, infographics, websites, presentations, and print media such as brochures, posters, flyers, etc.
- Create engaging short-form videos and multi-page posts to enhance our social media presence and engage our followers.
- Use creative problem-solving skills and illustrate strong design, color, and typography sensibilities in all media
- Maintain a consistent brand look and feel for all aspects of design while still evolving designs in ways that are fresh, new, and on trend.
- Assist the team with asset and file organizational tasks, including maintenance of a design asset library
- Contribute to the growth of digital campaign tactics by researching and implementing new trends and strategies
- Utilize AI tools and technologies to streamline design processes and improve workflow efficiency
- Associate's degree in Fine Arts, Arts, Graphic Design or other design related degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Portfolio of samples required
- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience in agency or retail environment a plus
- Demonstrate strong layout and design skills, acute attention to detail, accuracy, creativity and self-motivation
- Ability to communicate creative ideas effectively
- Ability to take constructive criticism and adjust designs as needed to accomplish project goals
- Capable of juggling multiple projects and thrives in both independent and team-based work environments.
- Knowledge of print production processes is a plus
- HTML & CSS experience is a plus
