  • Who We Are

At Brand Capture, we empower local businesses to thrive through digital marketing, freeing them to focus on what they do best. We’re not just looking for employees—we’re building a team that grows together and makes an impact.

    Our Values

    • We prioritize relationships.

Description : The connections we make with our clients and with each other are not an afterthought, it’s at the core of what we do.

      What this means:

        • We ask questions that go past just work.

        • We take the extra time to connect and build meaningful connections.

        • We don’t fall victim to “corporate speak”.

      • What this doesn’t mean:

        • We rely on good relationships with our clients instead of doing a great job for them.

        • We spend all of our time hanging out without accomplishing our goals.

    • We have fun.

Description : We genuinely enjoy the work we do.

      • What this means:

        • We look forward to coming into work.

        • When we talk about our job to other people, we can’t help but smile.

        • If someone listened in on our meetings, they’d hear laughter and passion.

      • What this doesn’t mean:

        • We avoid work that doesn’t seem fun. Every individual task doesn’t have to be fun to have fun at work.

    • We challenge each other.

Description : We don’t bite our lip, we welcome disagreement and hold each other accountable.

      • What this means:

        • We are blunt and honest in our feedback.

        • We push against each other’s ideas and decisions when necessary to create the best outcomes.

        • We encourage open dialogue and seek out differing viewpoints before making decisions.

      • What this doesn’t mean:

        • We’re assholes.

        • We challenge for the sake of challenging without a constructive purpose.

    • We execute.

Description : We know how to take action and follow through.

      • What this means:

        • Once we have a great idea, we don’t get stuck in planning, we take actions.

        • We execute new ideas frugally on a small scale and increase execution when the concept is proven.

        • We are flexible and can adapt to accept opportunities.

        • We are able to pivot quickly and adapt as we go.

      • What this doesn’t mean:

        • We avoid planning and skip necessary research.

        • We discard failed executions without reflecting.

    • We are always learning and teaching.

Description : We believe in continuous growth and sharing knowledge to improve ourselves and our team. Our curiosity drives us to explore new information and ideas.

      • What this means:

        • We share our expertise and insights with each other.

        • We seek out new knowledge and skills to stay updated and relevant.

        • We dig deep to become experts.

      • What this doesn’t mean:

        • We only learn about what is directly related to our job.

    • We are transparent.

Description : We have trust in each other which allows us to be transparent in our communication and actions.

      • What this means:

        • We share information, even when it’s uncomfortable or challenging.

        • We communicate the ‘why’ behind our decisions to keep our team and clients in the loop.

        • We provide visibility into our processes, progress, and setbacks.

      • What this doesn’t mean:

        • We overshare details that are not relevant or overwhelm with unnecessary information.

        • We ignore confidentiality and share information that puts our clients or team at risk.

    • We act for the collective.

Description : We make decisions and act based on what benefits the entire team and our clients, not personal interests or egos.

      • What this means:

        • We prioritize what’s best for the group over individual preferences

        • We are committed to our clients' success and consider their goals our goals.

        • We collaborate openly, share resources, and support each other to achieve collective success.

        • We celebrate wins together and learn from challenges as a team.

      • What this doesn’t mean:

        • We sacrifice our own well-being or voice for the sake of the group.

        • We always agree with each other or avoid healthy conflict.

        • We say “yes” to everything just to keep the peace.

        • We put team goals above ethical considerations or personal boundaries.
