Minimum Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with relevant experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide direct patient care, including wound care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and post-discharge care.
• Advocate for patients' needs and preferences, collaborating with healthcare teams to enhance care delivery.
