Contract to Hire Receptionist in Philadelphia - Up to 28/hour! ( {{city}})

Our client in Philadelphia, PA, seeking a Receptionist to join their team! This position involves providing comprehensive front-desk coverage, assisting with the coordination of meeting rooms, and setting up events. Additionally, this role will initially be a contract position, with the potential for permanent employment.

About You:

• 2+ years of relevant experience, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on outstanding customer service.

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish-English preferred, but not required; capable of anticipating client and team needs.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle physical tasks, including lifting equipment up to 25 lbs.

About the Job:

• Manage incoming calls and greet visitors with professionalism and courtesy.

• Coordinate meeting room bookings and provide recommendations based on meeting requirements.

• Assist with catering arrangements for internal meetings.

• Oversee conference center activities, ensuring proper setup and cleanup.

• Provide administrative support, including scanning, copying, and coordinating equipment deliveries.

Our client is seeking a Receptionist to start as soon as possible in their Philadelphia, PA office. The position offers up to $28 per hour during the contract period, with the potential to earn up to $52,000 per year based on experience, working a 35-hour week.
