Baker
Affiliated with STARR Restaurants, Borromini embodies the essence of authentic Italian cuisine, rooted in tradition yet innovatively reimagined. Nestled in Rittenhouse Square, the restaurant offers a sophisticated dining experience, where every dish tells a story. The team is seeking a Baker who is interested in working with a large, collaborative, cohesive culinary unit executing amazing food made with high-quality ingredients and integrity.

Qualified candidates will have:
- 1 year minimum experience baking baguettes, sourdoughs, miches & boules and have knowledge/experience with using poolish & levain starters.
- Prior experience working in a high volume artisan bakery preferred
- Works well under minimum supervision with the ability to finish prep/baking needs within the day
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for at least 8 hours
