About Guardian Transport Solutions
Guardian Transport Solutions is a growing Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company providing safe, reliable transportation for our community. We are looking for a dependable Office Administrator & Dispatcher to help manage daily scheduling, dispatch operations, and basic office bookkeeping.
Job Responsibilities
Dispatching & Scheduling (Primary Role):
- Schedule daily NEMT trips and assign drivers
- Monitor routes and provide real-time support to drivers
- Communicate trip changes, cancellations, and updates
- Learn and operate dispatching software efficiently
Office Administration:
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist customers
- Manage documents, records, and general office workflow
- Maintain an organized, professional office environment
Bookkeeping & QuickBooks:
- Enter income/expense transactions into QuickBooks
- Assist with payroll and timekeeping review
- Perform basic account reconciliation and reporting
Qualifications
- Experience using QuickBooks (required)
- Basic payroll and bookkeeping knowledge
- Strong organizational and office management skills
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Clear communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in transportation, logistics, or NEMT is a plus
Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Full-time, daytime hours
