Stradley Ronon is seeking a motivated self-starter to enhance our Knowledge Management (KM) software portfolio. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our Knowledge Management Department, bringing a blend of experience in systems and data management, data and document automation, and product ownership to support data-driven strategies, automate workflows, and foster a culture of strategic technical implementation that supports efficiency and growth.


Key responsibilities:


Atlas Fuse Chatbot

  • Act as the Product Owner for Atlas Fuse AI Assistant, documenting requirements, tracking enhancements and addressing bugs in collaboration with vendor contacts.

  • Operationalize knowledge collections and chatbot maintenance with department stakeholders.

  • Integrate high value data sources into the Atlas AI Assistant, creating a seamless data experience across our gen AI tools.


Enterprise Search

  • Implement and optimize enterprise search tools to enable efficient, organization-wide information retrieval across multiple data sources.

  • Collaborate with the Knowledge Management Analyst to analyze intranet search functionality, translating user stories into functional requirements for enterprise search.

  • Create and maintain a backlog of search bugs and feedback to prioritize issues, create a development roadmap, and address bugs in collaboration with our vendors.


Data Automation and Integration

  • Integrate data from HRIS, billing and document management systems for enhanced knowledge management across Stradley platforms.

  • Integrate data sources for projects involving Atlas Fuse, and Enterprise Search.

  • Serve as a technical resource for low-code application development, working to optimize benefit from these technologies by driving adoption.

Drive Project Implementation

  • Support the Manager of Knowledge Solutions by translating design input into technical requirements for IT and vendors.

  • Support business owners on optimal product use and creating documentation.

  • Liaise with vendors to champion enhancements and track and resolve bugs.

  • Guide users with best practices, create how-to documentation, and assist with blockers.

  • Collaborate with IT on upgrades and system changes; serve as technical product expert.

  • Collaborate with project managers to centralize and automate RFP processes, including requirements gathering, preparation, and vendor research, to reduce IT project manager workload.


Workflow Automation

  • Support vendor selection and implementation of low code/no code workflow tools.

  • Translate requirements into automated workflow and document assembly projects.

  • Create how-to documentation that supports a self-service model.

  • Track software updates and new releases, updating documentation and communicating impactful changes to affected users.


Qualifications

  • Training in information systems, business administration, library sciences or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in Legal, Knowledge Management, Data Analytics or Information Systems.

  • Proven track record in implementing and maintaining information systems or products.

  • Strong understanding of data automation and visualization principles.

  • Acumen with low-code solutions such as Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI with an expressed commitment to growing these skills in a professional setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and interact with executive stakeholders.

  • Technical acuity and the ability to learn new software quickly.

  • Experience with tools such as iManage, NetDocs, SharePoint, and Upland BAI SmartHub is preferred.
