JOB SUMMARY:
As a Sales Representative, your responsibilities will encompass receiving and relentlessly following up with leads, meeting with homeowners to negotiate deeply discounted purchases of their off-market properties, and adeptly preparing and securing contracts to ensure seamless and triumphant sales procedures.

This job is perfect for someone with awesome sales skills that’s looking to break into the real estate industry. It’s about who you’ll become versus who you’ve been. WHY YOU SHOULD WORK WITH US:
- Employment Status: Full-Time, W-2 employment, 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with evenings and weekends as needed by the company
- Salary: We’ll pay you a $3,000/month base salary as a draw against future commissions.
- Total Income Potential: Incredibly generous tiered commission structure, based on gross profit you generate for the company. The more you generate, the higher your commission split. Quarterly bonuses awarded ($2,500 to $15,000) for exceeding stretch goals. On target annual earnings potential = $75K to $100K for average performers, and much more for top-tier talent.
- Benefits: Work from home. Paid federal holidays off, earn PTO (up to 2 weeks/year), “perk days” (we’ll explain later), $500/mo. stipend on top of base salary so you can pay for your own health insurance, cell phone, and internet usage. Flexible hours so long as you meet quota.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Nurture strong client relationships and provide outstanding “referral worthy” service
- Ensure swift responses to all leads and inquiries, within 3 minutes or less
- Immediately call back any missed / abandoned calls
- Conduct “discovery calls” with all new seller leads to build rapport and pre-screen sellers based on their motivation level, sense of urgency, and other selling indicators
- Follow our proven sales process to negotiate deeply discounted purchases of off-market properties
- Prepare necessary documentation, including contracts and letters of intent, to facilitate sales transactions
- Regular follow up calls, text messages, and emails to all leads on a predetermined schedule based on their motivation level, until the lead is considered “dead”
- Proactively address client concerns and foster trust throughout the closing process
- Collaborate efficiently with the team to ensure all transactions close as smoothly as possible
- Maintain comprehensive records of all lead interactions in our CRM system
- Deliver daily updates for accurate KPI reporting
- Seek guidance from the sales managers as needed
- Attend weekly sales training and all company meetings
- Represent KTD Holdings with professionalism, integrity, and empathy
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: No Real Estate experience is preferred - you’ll learn that on the job. But 5+ years experience with a proven track record of consistently being a top performer in B2C Sales, Door-To-Door Sales, High-Ticket Sales, Conflict Resolution, or related fields is a must
- Education: High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales or a related field preferred, but not mandatory
- Technology: Must have a reliable computer and smartphone, and be software proficient (especially with Google apps for business, Microsoft Office, CRM’s, DocuSign, Adobe PDF, etc)
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; adaptable and tech-savvy
- Assessments: Must complete Predictive Index behavioral (Captain/Maverick/Persuader profiles preferred) and cognitive benchmarks (250 or higher, out of 450)
- Other Requirements: Clean background check, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation
- Bonus Points Awarded: To those who are bilingual in Spanish, as well as former First Responders, Military NCOs, College Athletes, and Bartenders
