Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of professional painting experience (residential and commercial preferred) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation to and from work, Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Professional appearance and positive attitude Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. Ability to communicate respectfully with customers and coworkers. Able to lift 50+ pounds and comfortably work on ladders and scaffolding. Must have your own basic hand tools. Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, masking, and priming Apply paint, stain, and specialty coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Perform interior and exterior painting projects to a high standard. Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout each project Protect customers' homes, furniture, and belongings during the painting process Identify and report any issues that may affect the quality of the finished product. Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship

Preferred Experience: Spray finishing Cabinet refinishing Drywall repairs and skim coating Epoxy floor coatings Wallpaper removal Exterior staining and power washing
