Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and driven Vice President of Architecture & Construction to oversee the full lifecycle of commercial office projects, from conceptual design to final construction. In this strategic role, you'll ensure the delivery of outstanding Class A spaces, foster excellent client relationships, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our facilities.

What You'll Do:

• Lead design and execution of high-end office interiors and buildouts, ensuring quality and innovation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and teams across multiple concurrent projects.
• Collaborate seamlessly with tenants, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Oversee construction documentation, field verification, and code compliance.
• Utilize your expertise in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other design tools to drive project planning and execution.
• Solve complex architectural and construction challenges proactively.

Who You Are:

• A visionary architect or construction management professional with 10+ years of experience in commercial spaces, including Class A office interiors and buildings.
• Skilled in project management, field verification, and design documentation.
• Experienced in space planning, client communication, and regulatory compliance.
• Registered Architect preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
• A collaborative leader with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
