Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Millwright to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, equipment installation, and industrial maintenance. This role requires hands-on work with machinery, structural steel, conveyors, and industrial systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install, dismantle, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Align and level machinery using precision tools (e.g., laser alignment, micrometers, plumb bobs)
• Weld, fabricate, and modify components as required
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment
• Operate forklifts, aerial lifts, rigging gear, and other tools safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and contractors to complete jobs on time
• Follow safety procedures and participate in safety meetings and training

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Millwright or Industrial Mechanic (preferred)
• Proficient in reading mechanical blueprints and technical diagrams
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with welding and fabrication (MIG, Stick, or TIG preferred)
• Familiarity with rigging and lifting techniques
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed
• OSHA 10/30 certification (or willing to obtain)
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
