Position Overview

We are looking for a CNC Machinist / Programmer who can contribute immediately and grow with us. You will be responsible for programming, setup, and production while helping drive process improvements across the shop.

You will take parts from print to completion — including programming, material prep, setup, machining, and final processing through wash. Depending on the job, you may also set up and hand off production to an operator.

You will have the ability to directly influence change , improve workflows, and help shape the future of Rebco Machining.

Pay (Based on Experience)

• $25/hr – CNC Operator level (can run machines, check parts accurately, Deburr, clean machines, Etc)
• $30–$35/hr – Experienced Machinist (setup, programming, troubleshooting, process improvement)

What You’ll Do

• Program, set up, and run CNC machines (HAAS primarily)
• Work independently from print to finished part
• Hold tight tolerances and produce quality parts consistently
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T
• Select tooling, determine speeds/feeds, and optimize processes
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.
• Troubleshoot issues and keep jobs moving
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Communicate tooling or process needs (management supports purchasing)
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, quality, and workflow

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years CNC machining experience (for higher pay range)
• Strong HAAS experience preferred
• DNS/Doosan lathe experience is a plus
• Fanuc controls experience is a plus
• CAM programming experience (Fusion 360, Mastercam, or similar)
• Strong understanding of machining fundamentals (tooling, materials, speeds/feeds)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
• Highly organized — clean work habits are required
• Reliable, consistent, and motivated to succeed
• Willingness to learn, improve, and help grow the company
