Job Summary
Are you a seasoned property management leader with a passion for developing people, improving processes, and launching communities into long-term success? Birgo is looking for a Regional Leasing and Operations Manager to join our growing team and help us improve lives through real estate. As a Regional Leasing and Operations Manager (RLOM) , you'll be the launch specialist for newly acquired properties—making sure every detail is handled and every team member is supported. You'll work hands-on to implement our business plans, ensure strong operations, and coach onsite teams. From onboarding to turning around underperforming properties, you'll bring leadership, structure, and executional excellence where it's needed most. This role requires a high degree of travel—up to 50%—and a mindset focused on problem-solving, coaching, and results.

🏁 Property Onboarding
Ensure newly acquired properties are set up for success
Translate the business plan into actionable steps for onsite teams
Execute key onboarding tasks: signage, tenant welcome process, safety inspections, data integrity, and more
Provide on-site support during the critical first 90 days
🚑 Focus Property Support
Partner with Regional Managers to analyze underperforming "focus" properties
Diagnose and address root causes, implementing operational improvements
🌍 Floating Coverage
Fill in where needed—stepping into the PM role at properties with staff gaps or high priority needs
Assist during emergencies and ensure continuity of service
Other duties as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
Smooth transitions for new properties hitting early performance milestones
Revitalized "focus" properties regaining operational momentum
Onsite teams feeling confident, equipped, and empowered
Experience
- 7+ years of property management experience
- 2+ years in a regional/portfolio-level leadership role
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites and coordinate complex projects
- Exceptional communication and coaching skills
- Tech savvy (experience with property management systems required)
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently (multi-state)

- Reliable personal transportation and valid driver's license for property visits during business hours and as needed after-hours
