Position Overview
Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing - Customer Service - Inventory Clerk / Project Support professional to support a Marketing team at a customer experience center in Shippensburg, PA. This project-based role focuses on enhancing the customer experience through support of tours, events, and Brand Shop operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, customer engagement, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Tours

Assist in planning and coordinating customer visits and VIP tours

Prepare materials such as badges, schedules, and welcome items
-
Track visit details and gather feedback

Support improvements to customer experience processes
Brand Shop & Inventory Support
-
Organize merchandise for events and tours
-
Assist with inventory preparation and tracking
-
Support setup for customer visits and special events
-
Help develop basic guidelines and operational checklists
Project & Administrative Support

Assist with process improvements and project-related tasks
-
Document workflows, tools, and procedures

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations)

Participate in execution of events as needed
Qualifications
Required:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Effective communication skills

Comfortable interacting with customers and internal teams

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work independently with guidance

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or events

Exposure to project work or event coordination
