We are seeking an Enrollment & Eligibility (E&E) Back Office Administrator to support the Pennsylvania Independent Enrollment Broker (IEB) program. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of enrollment documentation. By maintaining data integrity and supporting applicants and providers, you'll help streamline access to essential healthcare programs.*As an E&E Back Office Administrator, you will: *
Enter, verify, and maintain applicant data across systems including SAMS, HCSIS, MAXe, CIS, Compass, and Outlook. Process waiver transfers, nursing home transition cases, and special cases for applicants turning 21. Assist with uploading and organizing required documentation from various sources. Track case progress and follow up with providers to ensure timely handling of files. Run database queries, generate reports, and communicate inconsistencies to management. Audit your own work to maintain compliance and accuracy. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues and complete special projects. Meet or exceed daily production goals and performance metrics. These responsibilities are not all-inclusive; additional duties may be assigned as needed.Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred 1+ year of administrative, clerical, or data entry experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) Accurate 10-key data entry skills with strong attention to detail Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environmentStandout Qualifications:
Prior experience in healthcare, enrollment, or eligibility services Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Comfort with multiple data systems and databases Ability to thrive in a high-volume, detail-driven environmentPay & Benefits:
Pay Rate: $15 Schedule: Day Shift (9:30 AM -- 6:00 PM); Training Schedule: 8:30 AM -- 5:00 PM Training: 2 weeks onsite in Harrisburg, PA before transitioning to remote work Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc.) after 120-day probationary period starting the first of the month following completion. Must reside in Pennsylvania Private, confidential home workspace with secure internet High-speed internet; Minimum 20 Mbps download & upload Wired Ethernet connection (Cat 5 cable) required Functioning webcam for virtual training and meetings No sole childcare or dependent care responsibilities during scheduled work hours Physical Requirements Ability to sit/stand for extended periods while using a computer and phone Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate computer systems Clear speaking and adequate hearing for effective communication Ability to walk short distances or move around workspaces as needed Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds as required Maintain safe, ergonomic home workspace with proper lighting and noise levelWhy join us?
