Description:
My client is a growing law firm seeking to merge with or acquire a successful boutique practice or small partner group. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys who have built a strong practice but would prefer to focus on client work rather than the day-to-day responsibilities of running a business.
Our firm offers established infrastructure, operational support, marketing, billing, and administrative resources, allowing partners to continue practicing at a high level while eliminating firm management burdens.
Ideal Candidates:
Owners or partners of a profitable boutique firm
Strong client base and book of business
Interest in long-term integration rather than lateral movement
Practice areas that complement or expand our current platform
